The results from the Sunday tournaments at Stars are in, and the big winner of the day was Apathy123 from Canada. He took down the Sunday $5,200 buy in for a cool $100,000 and also took down the PokerStars Sunday high stakes showdown for an additional $20,000. That sure beat my Sunday of watching football! The marketing department at Poker Stars should have a field day with this one!
Another big winner on the day was Mr. Wrong from Sweden who took down the Sunday million at PokerStars.com for over $159,000.
TheFan83 from Germany took home the title in the Sunday warmup for almost $105,000.
